Best care for baits starts with Baitmaster's secret MagicBrine! This special all natural formula ensure tough baits that will hold up and not wash out like un-brined baits. It's great on all baitfish, creating firm baits with good scale retention and natural sheen.
To prepare baits... Dry Brine: First slowly defrost baits in cold sea water. Then rig according to plan. Next lay in metal cooler tray belly up. Generously sprinkle on to coat the baits with Baitmaster Magic Brine. Wet Brine: Another method is to defrost baits in a mixture of sea water and Baitmaster Magic Brine, about 1 gallon of water to 8oz bottle of brine. Leave baits for 1-4 hours, longer for ultimate toughness.Â
